| Mr. Perkins is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic vision of the firm. As Chairman, Mr. Perkins will offer executive input across many of the firm's business functions, with emphasis on communication with the funds' independent boards of directors/trustees and joint venture and sub-advisory partners. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Perkins serves as a member on the investment committees for several Hatteras funds. Prior to founding Hatteras, Mr. Perkins was a co-founder and Managing Partner of CapFinancial Partners, LLC, where his primary responsibilities included oversight and direction of the investment consulting process including strategic and tactical asset allocation and investment manager search and selection with a particular emphasis on alternative investment strategies. Mr. Perkins has more than two decades of experience in investment management consulting and institutional and private client relations and offers proven experience building, operating, and leading client-focused businesses. Mr. Perkins received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has also earned his designation as a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA). |

| Mr. Jacobs leads the senior executive management team, ensuring that growth and resources align with the firm's strategic initiatives. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jacobs will be involved in management, leadership, and decision making across the firm's core business units of investment management, distribution, as well as operations & client service. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Jacobs was Chief Distribution Officer at Baron Capital, where he was responsible for marketing, sales, relationship management, and all channels of distribution. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobs served as Managing Director for Allianz Global Investors where he led distribution of PIMCO and Allianz mutual funds, as well as managed accounts and closed-end funds to the financial advisor community. Additionally, Mr. Jacobs spent ten years with Eaton Vance as Director of Sales. Mr. Jacobs started his career as a financial advisor in New York City and has more than twenty-five years of investment industry experience. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Montclair State University and holds the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) designation, administered by the Investment Management Consultants AssociationSM and taught in conjunction with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

| Mr. Worthington is responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of Portfolio Management and Risk Management, including investment products, personnel, and joint venture partner relationships. Through his investment management experience, his strong relationships in the investment advisor community, and his understanding of alternative investment structuring, Mr. Worthington will also drive new product development and management. Additionally, Mr. Worthington serves as a member on the investment committee for several Hatteras funds. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Worthington was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Asset Management in the Firm's Institutional Advisory business. Mr. Worthington joined JPMorgan Asset Management in 2004 after its purchase of Undiscovered Managers, LLC, where he had been President from 2001 and a Managing Director for the three years prior. From 1993-1998, Mr. Worthington was a Principal and Senior Vice President of the Burridge Group, LLC. From 1983 -1993, Mr. Worthington held various corporate finance positions with Mellon Bank, Nikko Securities, Bankers Trust and Westpac Banking. He received his Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Worthington has also earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |

| Mr. Fields manages a team directly responsible for client service, fund accounting, compliance and integration as well as SEC and Board level communications. Mr. Fields is the liaison between Hatteras and all service providers related to the operations of the Hatteras Funds complex. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Fields was employed by an institutional consulting firm, where his primary responsibilities included the implementation of the investment consulting process to high net worth clients, including strategic and tactical asset allocation and investment manager due diligence with a particular emphasis on alternative investment strategies. Previously, Mr. Fields was employed by Morgan Stanley in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Fields received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Fields has also earned his designation as a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA). |

| Mr. Baker is responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the Hatteras operating entities. In addition, Mr. Baker serves as the Treasurer for the Hatteras registered fund of funds products, where he oversees and supports the relationships between Hatteras and its administrator, auditor, and tax service provider. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Baker was the Controller and Vice President of Fund Administration and Portfolio Accounting at Smith Breeden Associates, in Chapel Hill, NC. Prior to joining Smith Breeden, Mr. Baker worked in public accounting for BDO Seidman in Greensboro, NC. Mr. Baker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master's of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Baker has also earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) within the State of North Carolina. |

| Mr. Parrott's primary responsibilities include portfolio management of public investments, hedge fund due diligence and working closely with investment advisory relationships. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Parrott was employed at Dialectic Capital in New York, where he assisted in portfolio analysis and the launch of a long/short equity hedge fund. Prior to Dialectic, Mr. Parrott was employed by Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns as a Financial Advisor for high net worth individuals. Mr. Parrott received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and attended international schools in Zimbabwe and Kenya. Mr. Parrott has also earned his designation as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). |

| Mr. Nelson focuses on private investments across a number of the Hatteras funds. His specific responsibilities include portfolio construction (including strategy composition and investment sizing), financial modeling and manager oversight. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Nelson was with Dogwood Equity, a private equity firm in Raleigh, NC, where he provided financial analysis and performed due diligence to support the firm's growth equity and leveraged buyout and growth equity investments. Before joining Dogwood Equity, Mr. Nelson was a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC, where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle market companies across a diversified range of industries. Mr. Nelson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davidson College and his Master's of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Nelson has also earned his designation as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). |

| Mr. Hennen's primary responsibilities include portfolio management of public investments, hedge fund due diligence and working closely with investment advisory relationships. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Hennen was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Graystone Research Group, an alternative investments advisory group within Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of alternative investments across a variety of strategies. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hennen was an Analyst at Morningstar in Chicago. Mr. Hennen received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. Mr. Hennen has also earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |

| Mr. Lesesky focuses on managing and monitoring Hatteras' global private equity and late stage venture capital programs. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Lesesky was an Associate with PCG Capital Partners, a private equity firm in La Jolla, CA, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of growth equity transactions in a variety of industries. Before joining PCG Capital Partners, Mr. Lesesky was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup Global Markets in New York. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Lesesky was an Associate at Fusion Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, and an Analyst at Andersen Consulting, a technology and strategy consulting firm. Mr. Lesesky received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master's of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |

| Mr. Powers' primary responsibilities include portfolio management of public investments, hedge fund due diligence, and working closely with investment advisory relationships. Prior to joining Hatteras, Mr. Powers was a Senior Analyst at Brightleaf Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund. His responsibilities at Brightleaf included fundamental security analysis, financial modeling, and stock selection. Mr. Powers previously worked at BB&T Capital Markets as an Equity Research Analyst covering the Specialty Finance sector. He also spent several years at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, most recently as a Vice President in the firm's High Net Worth Private Client Division. Mr. Powers received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Investment Management from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. | Mr. Brown is responsible for managing the firm's branding, messaging, communication, and educational resources for financial professionals and their clients. In addition to his marketing management role, Mr. Brown leads National Account relationship management for several of the firm's key advisory platform channels. Prior to his current role, Mr. Brown held various regional sales, sales management, and National Account management roles for Hatteras Funds. Prior to joining Hatteras in 2004, Mr. Brown was employed by Highland Associates as Vice President of Alternative Strategies. In that role, his duties included alternative investment strategy research, alternative investment manager search and due diligence functions, as well as client education. Prior to Highland, Mr. Brown was an Associate at Galway Partners, a Washington, DC-based merchant banking firm with a special focus on mezzanine and venture finance. Mr. Brown has more than a decade of alternative investment industry experience. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University and earned his Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. |

| Ms. Brown is responsible for managing the firm's National Accounts relationships. Caron has 15 years of experience in relationship management, strategy, and product development. Her background includes distribution of alternative investments, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts within the wire-house, registered investment advisor, independent broker/dealer and bank channels. Caron and the National Account team will be responsible for identifying, creating and managing, our client accounts. Prior to joining Hatteras Funds, Caron was a Senior Relationship Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where she covered clients within the independent broker/dealer and bank channels. Previously, she served as Vice President, Relationship Management for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. She was responsible for covering key firm relationships and leading an effort to bring alternative investment products to retail clients. Preceding this, Caron held positions at Instinet Corporation, Davis Selected Advisers, Avatar Associates, AIG Equity Sales, and Ruesch International. Caron received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University, School of International Studies, in Washington, D.C. |
